Falling Walls Lab Madrid vuelve a abrir su convocatoria para quienes quieran compartir propuestas innovadoras en ciencia, emprendimiento o impacto social. Las personas seleccionadas presentarán su idea en la final que se celebrará en Madrid y podrán optar a representar a España en la final internacional en Berlín.

In summer 2026, the University of Tartu will welcome international students and lifelong learners to the UniTartu Summer School in its fifth anniversary year. From 27 July to 7 August 2026, the summer school offers participants the chance to gain new knowledge, meet people from around the world and discover Estonian culture.
Since its launch in 2022, the UniTartu Summer School has welcomed nearly 350 participants from 50 countries. Feedback from previous years has been consistently positive: in 2025, 91% of participants rated their experience highly, and 96% said they would recommend the summer school to others. Over five years, the summer school has grown into a warm community that brings together both new and returning participants.
The 2026 summer school includes 13 English-taught courses across science and technology, social sciences, and the arts and humanities. Courses take place mainly in Tartu, a student-friendly university city, with one course held in Viljandi. Depending on the course, studies last one or two weeks, making it easy to combine learning with summer travel.
The cultural and social programme introduces participants to Estonia and Tartu through joint activities. Participants can explore the University of Tartu Museum, see the city from a new angle on a boat trip along the River Emajõgi, and join an excursion to northern Estonia or a movie night featuring Estonian films.
The application period for UniTartu Summer School 2026 runs from 20 March to 20 April. Applicants who apply by 26 March will receive a 10% early-bird discount. Admission decisions will be announced by 30 April.
The UniTartu Summer School offers ten ENLIGHT scholarships for students from partner universities, as well as four tuition fee waivers for motivated applicants.

Applications for the Linköping University Summer Academy 2026 are now open! Students from our partner universities can choose from 8 entry-level bachelor courses (7.5 ECTS each) taught in English and study alongside peers from around the world. The Summer Academy is tuition-free for students from partner universities, and each institution may nominate up to 5 students per course. Alongside lectures and coursework, a variety of social activities and a fun program will be offered, organized by our student hosts.
Interested students should visit our website to learn more about the LiU Summer Academy and apply via the University Admissions platform, including submission of supporting documents. Housing is guaranteed, and more information is available on our website. For studies in Sweden lasting less than three months, a residence permit is not required. In such cases, an entry visa may be necessary instead.

Nueva convocatoria de becas de Fundación Carolina, 2026-2027.
En conjunto, en esta 26ª edición se ofertan 736 becas en todas las áreas de conocimiento, distribuidas en las siguientes modalidades: 228 becas de posgrado, 120 becas de doctorado y estancias cortas posdoctorales, 24 becas de movilidad de profesorado y 250 becas de estudios institucionales, a las que se agregan 114 renovaciones de becas de doctorado.
El propósito de esta nueva convocatoria de la Fundación Carolina —que denominamos “Becas ODS, que cambian vidas”—, es generar impacto y valor social en el entorno de las personas beneficiarias, para contribuir así a una respuesta justa ante los retos actuales de la “triple transición” (digital, ecológica y social), y reforzar el compromiso de la Cooperación Española con la formación de las personas, la igualdad de género y la equidad social.
La convocatoria de Becas de Fundación Carolina permanecerá abierta hasta el 2 de marzo de 2026, salvo el programa de Escuela de Verano Complutense que cerrará el 18 de febrero. En el caso de las becas de doctorado y estancias cortas y de movilidad, en el que participa de manera destacada la UPV, la convocatoria finalizará el 9 de abril de 2026.
